1 - Price

The prices displayed are firm and All Taxes included (TTC). Shipping costs are extra, unless otherwise specified. Invoicing is carried out at a net price for France and abroad. The Minifer company is not subject to VAT according to article 293b of the French General Tax Code. Minifer reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice.

2 - Payment

The payment is considered to be received as soon as the buyer's money is deposited into the bank account of the Minifer company. The reception can take several hours or even several days, especially if the buyer pays by check. With the exception of Paypal, Cash, and SEPA Transfers, all payment methods accepted below must come from a bank account domiciled in France:

Credit Card : payment is made via a bank terminal, or online. Both are secured by Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account.

Paypal : it's fast, flexible and secure. It requires having a Paypal account.

Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay : these payments are made via a bank terminal, are secured by Paypal, and are only accepted at trade fairs.

Check : it must be made out in euros to the company "MINIFER" and must come from a French bank.

Cash : they must be in euros and are only accepted at trade fairs.

SEPA transfers : they require your bank account number. The operation takes 4 to 5 days.

3 - Shipping format

Orders are shipped in bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes. The protection is optimal, and depending on the type of shipment it may be covered by insurance.

4 - Shipping costs

The shipping costs are mentioned when paying for your order. They vary according to the quantities and the weight of the models purchased.

5 - Shipping and delivery times

Shipping times correspond to the time required to prepare and transfer the order to a shipping company. These deadlines are two working days (48 hours). However, they can be longer depending on the workload of the Minifer company.

Delivery times correspond to the time required for the shipping company to deliver the order (envelope or package). These deadlines are 3 to 4 working days; they may vary according to the workload of the shipping company and / or in the event of force majeure such as: strikes, sabotage, accidents, fires, exceptional weather phenomena, wars, terrorism, etc. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays including end of year celebrations are not included in the estimated transport time, and may cause significant delivery delays. Minifer is not responsible for variations in delivery times.

6 - Condition of the package upon receipt

Minifer ensures optimum protection of the control. However, if upon receipt the package shows significant damage such as deep tears, sunken corners, open or folded package, etc., the customer is entitled to refuse it. Even if the company Minifer is not responsible for this degradation, the customer must report it immediately, and follow the procedure relating to this scenario as defined by the shipping company (finding of theft or degradation for the Post).

7 - Cancellation of the order

The cancellation of an order is possible within three working days after payment. The request must be sent by e-mail or by post. If the order has already been shipped, its cancellation is not possible.

8 - Return of an article

A purchase that ultimately does not meet your expectations may be subject to a trade-in in the form of a credit note. Minifer does not refund its products. The item must reach us within 14 days from the day of receipt, in its original condition and packaging. The shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
